Issuance and management of the NF-e for Real Estate Disposal (NF-e de Alienação de Bens Imóveis, NF-e ABI, model 77): authorization, situation query at SEFAZ, download of the authorized XML, cancellation and download of the event XML.
Availability: the NF-e ABI is available in the staging (homologação) environment. Release to production will be announced by Tax360.

Typical flow
- Obtain the access token.
- Authorize the invoice. The SEFAZ result comes back in the same response.
- Store the returned access key, alongside the document identifier in your system.
- Download the authorized XML when you need the final document.
- If necessary, cancel the invoice and download the event XML.
- Query the situation at SEFAZ whenever you want to confirm the official status.
